The field of psychology has changed so much over the years, and so many of the recent discoveries are truly exciting, that it's still fun to be able to pull it all together every three years in interesting, readable prose. For this edition especially, a great deal of time was spent locating and evaluating electronic resources that complement the text material. Human behavior and thought are diverse, varied, and affected by culture. Over the last several years, the body of research examining issues of diversity has grown to significant levels.
